We have over 40 years experience in the Continuous Improvement field building everything from Bulldozers to Boxer Shorts. Working in many different types of industries from heavy fabrication engineering, welding, plastic injection moulding, clothing, weaving, textiles, toy manufacture and car manufacturing. Working with all levels of management, shop floor and trade unions.

We have travelled extensively throughout Europe working in the supplier base introducing them to the principals of Continuous Improvement techniques. This involved going into the supplier and identifying their CI (Continuous Improvement) capability and measuring it against TPS (Toyota Production Systems). Once the workshop had been identified we then worked with the supplier to train both the management and shop floor operators in the workshop practices to achieve identified savings

 


The purpose of these workshops are to identify any forms of waste and implement a plan of recovery either through kaizen activities or workshop modules to make the supplier more cost effective, and to develop the supplier in the ways of lean manufacturing and cost reduction exercises.
